Nylon PA12 is a self-supporting powder, no support structures are needed during the creation of the component. This technopolymer has high physical-mechanical features such as: stiffness, toughness, ductility, resistance to high temperatures, static and dynamic loads. It can replace the use of metals in many cases.

This material is suitable for the production of functional prototypes and final parts. Has excellent resistance to oils and fats, low water absorption, good heat resistance, showing excellent results in the most common post-finishing processes, therefore ideal for the construction of complex assemblies, housings, and enclosures. Nylon PA 12 is the ideal choice if you need to achieve more detailed resolution of surfaces or thinner walls.

PA12GB - nylon pa12 con sfere di vetro per migliorare la rigidità del prodotto e l'integrità struttrale.

PA12 Glass Beads is a Multi Jet Fusion nylon with 40% glass spheres. This composition gives the material greater stiffness, leading it to have better wear resistance and durability characteristics, ideal for applications such as tools and molds.
The temperature resistance of both MJF materials is around 150° C.

POLYPROPYLENE

Polipropilene pp a livello meccanico più elastico del pa12, flessibile, tenace e resistente alla fatica.

Used for the production of prototypes in the automotive field, pipes, fluid tanks, machine parts, medical and cosmetic equipment.

The detail made of polypropylene has a darker color, while on a mechanical level it is more elastic, compared with the drier components made of PA12.

Polypropylene can be printed only and exclusively with Hp 5210 machines, and is not supported by Hp 4210.

TPA

TPA elastomero termoplastico poliammidico, resistente agli urti, alla compressione agli oli e ai grassi

TPA is a mechanically elastic material. It uses a powder with elastomeric and flexible properties designed and optimized only for the HP Jet Fusion 4210 printer.
The elastomer also has excellent resistance to shocks, compression, oils and greases.

It is possible to color the material black.
