The self-supporting powder of Nylon PA12 does not need any support structures during the creation of the component. This technopolymer possesses high physical-mechanical properties such as rigidity, toughness, ductility, resistance to high temperatures, static and dynamic loads, and is therefore able to replace the use of metals in many cases.
This material is suitable for the production of functional prototypes and final parts. It also has excellent resistance to oils and greases, low water absorption, good heat resistance, and is very well suited to the most common post-finishing processes, making it ideal for the production of complex assemblies, housings, and enclosures. Nylon PA12 is the ideal choice if you need to achieve more detailed surface resolution or thinner walls.
